一、項(xiàng)目背景及地理環(huán)境
新疆烏恰縣某鐵礦位于中國與吉爾吉斯斯坦邊境30公里范圍內(nèi)。礦區(qū)平均海拔3200米，年均氣溫僅3.5℃，冬季最低溫可達(dá)-30℃，年降水量不足200mm，屬于典型的高寒干旱礦區(qū)環(huán)境。
該礦區(qū)已探明赤鐵礦儲量超過5000萬噸，平均鐵品位達(dá)58.3%，伴生有釩、鈦等有價(jià)元素。礦體呈層狀分布，厚度8-15米，傾角25-35°，礦石普氏硬度f=12-14，具有顯著的耐磨蝕特性。
